There’s so much to look forward to if you’re planning a Disney World vacation around the holidays…except for the price. But, there’s something that might soften the blow — a way to SAVE on what can be the most expensive part of your Disney trip!

So far in 2023, there have been Disney hotel discounts available for nearly every day of the year. Whether you’re a Florida Resident, a Military Member, a Disney World Annual Passholder, or none of those, there’s been some hotel savings available for you. And, now we’ve got the details on FOUR new discounts for anyone planning to travel during the most wonderful time of the year!

Hotel Discounts For ANYONE

First up we’ve got a hotel discount that ANY guest can use to save up to 30% off a Disney hotel stay most nights between October 2nd to December 25th, 2023. The details break down a little bit further with two different discount categories based on your travel dates.

Disney’s Riviera Resort

Here are the basics:

  • You can save up to 25% off stays most Sunday through Thursday nights between October 2nd and November 18th, 2023. Keep in mind that this does NOT include any Friday or Saturday nights.
  • You can save up to 25% off stays most nights from November 19th to December 9th, 2023.
  • Or, you can save up to 20% off stays most nights from December 10th to December 25th, 2023.

The amount of money that you’ll save depends on what hotel you book. And, we’ve got the details to help you figure out what is going to be the best deal for you and you’re family!

Savings On Stays October 2nd to November 18th (Sunday-Thursday only) & November 19th to December 9th, 2023

If you’ve got a Disney vacation booked around Halloween or Thanksgiving, you’ll be saving a little less than the amount you could get around Christmas and New Year’s, but there are still some pretty great deals. And, every penny saved counts…right?!

If you want to save the most, you’ll want to choose one of the following Disney Resorts. You can get 25% off:

Savings On Stays Between December 10th to 25th, 2023

As an extra holiday treat, you can save even more if you plan to visit closer to the Christmas holiday season between December 10th to 25th, 2023. Just keep in mind that this tends to be one of the busiest times in Disney World (and for travel in general), so you’ll likely find that the parks are more crowded around this time.

Now, let’s get to what the actual savings look like.

Now, before you go ahead and start booking, there are a few other things to know about this discount that is included in the fine print. The offer can only be applied to stays between 1 to 14 nights and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Additionally, it excludes 3-bedroom villas, Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, and Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

Florida Resident Hotel Discounts

Florida Residents can save even MORE if you travel during the 2023 holiday season!

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn

Disney just revealed that Florida Residents can save up to 30% off Disney hotel stays Sundays through Thursdays from October 2nd to November 18th AND most nights between November 19th to December 9th, 2023.

But, that’s not all! Florida Residents are also able to save up to 35% off rooms between December 10th-25th, 2023. That can make a big difference in your vacation budget!

Here’s a look at how much you can save at each Disney hotel as a Florida Resident.

Savings On Stays October 2nd to November 18th (Sunday-Thursday only) & November 19th to December 9th, 2023

And, note that the only room types that you can’t get the savings at are 3-bedroom villas, Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge — you’ll have to pay full price for these.

Disney World Annual Passholder Hotel Discounts

If you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll want to ignore all the other discounts, because you can actually save the most on your Disney World hotel stay around the holidays!

Disney revealed that Annual Passholders can:

  • Save up to 35% off stays at select Disney hotels most Sunday to Thursday nights (so, again, NOT Fridays or Saturdays) between October 2nd to November 18th, 2023. 
  • Save up to 35% off stays at select Disney hotels most nights between November 19th to December 9th, 2023.
  • Or, save up to 40% off stays at select Disney hotels most nights between December 10th to December 25th, 2023.

It’s also important to note that 3-bedroom villas and Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge are excluded from the discount.

Disney+ Subscriber Hotel Discounts

And, we’ve got one more holiday discount to talk about! Being able to watch the latest Star Wars and Marvel shows isn’t the only perk of having a Disney+ subscription — there are some hotel discounts too!

Now, Disney+ subscribers can save up to 35% off room rates at select Disney World hotels between October 22nd to November 2nd, 2023, AND between November 26th to December 25th, 2023.

Note that you will need to be logged into the Disney account with the email that is associated with your Disney+ subscription to book this offer. If this isn’t the case, you’ll need to create a new My Disney Experience account using the same email that is used to sign in to your Disney+ subscription and then merge the two My Disney Experience accounts before your holiday stay. This can be done by calling Disney’s Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639.

A few other things to note about the Disney+ subscriber hotel discount is that 3-bedroom villas, the Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas, and The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are excluded from the offer.

Well, that’s A LOT of discounts to take advantage of this holiday season in Disney World!

If you already have a trip planned between October 2nd and December 25th, contact Disney to see if they can apply the discount to your booked trip. If they can’t you can always cancel your current reservation and rebook with the savings. Just note that the exact room type you already have reserved may not be available when you rebook if you do this.
